Chlamydia Trachomatis

C. trachnomatis is another common STI that can infect both the male and female.

Many people who have Chlamydia do not develop symptoms, but they can still infect others through sexual contact. Symptoms may include genital pain and discharge from the vagina or penis, painful sexual intercourse in women and bleeding between periods and after sex in women

This test we require a urethral swab from the male and a cervical swab from the female. This test looks for the presence of the bacteria and is a rapid test so you will receive your result within 20 to 30 minutes.
